Rachel Casper has been promoted to Marketing Manager, overseeing the marketing initiatives for Strada across our three studios. Rachel’s exemplary organizational skills and witty sense of humor are hallmarks of her leadership style. As Marketing Manager, Rachel will oversee the continued development of the Strada brand while providing oversight and mentorship of our talented marketing team.
Roxy Elinksi has been elevated to Senior Interior Designer, reflecting her commitment to the execution of sophisticated projects. With ten years under her belt, Roxy approaches her work with patience and an open mind. Roxy is sought out by clients for her designs and expertise. Her diverse range of experience has been implemented across educational, workplace, and hospitality projects.
Megan Carleton has been elevated to Senior Associate, recognizing her embodiment of Strada’s core values and culture. Megan recently led the implementation of Strada’s new Pittsburgh studio and has played a key role in designing many of Strada’s most complex multifamily housing projects. In her new role as Senior Associate, Megan will mentor Strada’s interior design team and continue to provide leadership across all of her projects.
