ACTIVITY-BASED WORKPLACE DESIGN SHAPED BY USER ENGAGEMENT

The design of Google’s LEED Gold workplace in Pittsburgh’s Bakery Square resulted from an early focus on understanding the unique culture and needs of the local Googlers (team members).

Placing the users and their culture at the forefront of the process allowed the team to create a highly tailored work environment that speaks to Google’s unique culture. With the completion of this third phase, Strada has designed more than 100,000 sq. ft. of office space for Google, including multiple casual food venues for employees and their guests.
