The world’s largest shared workspace for entrepreneurial sci-tech companies

The Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) was designed with people in mind. We recognized that entrepreneurs and startups need more than just a space to work – they need a space that fosters meaningful experiences and enables growth.

The Cambridge Innovation Center partnered with the Science Center’s nationally-recognized tech commercialization and business incubation program to create a new model for startups as they grow.

The new 127,000 sq. ft. facility includes 20,000 sq. ft. of Strada-designed, flexible wet lab space. Private incubator labs ranging from 400 to 1,200 sq. ft., dedicated tissue culture and equipment rooms, and a large shared lab—with a co-working leasing model that fits up to 60 lab users and startups inhabit the space. Access to the Science Center’s Quorum facility makes this space an innovation nucleus for the Greater Philadelphia region.

By creating a space that enables collaboration, innovation, and growth, we are helping entrepreneurs and startups succeed. We are proud to have designed a space that not only meets the needs of our clients but also helps them create a community of innovators.
