AIA Philadelphia Housing Committee co-chair and Strada Architect Aaron Bell wants to expand the toolkit for housing in Philadelphia.

His recent submission to AIA Philadelphia regarding Point Access Blocks (PABs), often referred to as “single-stair” buildings, suggests that PABs can unlock dense urban infill projects that not only increase our housing supply but also significantly improve the quality and livability of the homes we build.
