Strada is celebrating 20 Years of Designing with People in Mind®. As the firm’s projects continue to multiply and flourish, its leadership is expanding and adapting. We are delighted to introduce the firm’s newest associates, Aaron Bell, RA; Terrie Brightman, RLA, ASLA; and Mark Hensler, RA.

Aaron Bell, RA
Aaron joined Strada’s Pittsburgh office eight years ago and currently works out of the Philadelphia office. His passion and desire to create, design, inform and learn are qualities he brings to design at Strada. Aaron’s innate qualities serve as a reminder of the importance of passion. Over the years he has learned to hone his passions into successful designs. Aaron’s personality and confidence in design gives Strada’s clients assurance that their project is in good, talented hands. The firm looks toward Aaron to mentor young talented designers as the Strada Team grows.
Terrie Brightman, RLA, ASLA
Returning to Pittsburgh in 2018, Terrie sought out a challenging opportunity at Strada. We were looking for fresh leadership to grow the landscape practice and found that in Terrie. Her relentless passion continues to push Strada to do its best work, and has moved landscape design forward and broadened this discipline at Strada. We are excited for what the future brings for the firm’s landscape architecture practice knowing Terrie will be at the tip of the spear.
Mark Hensler, RA
Mark has helped build Strada’s technology footprint in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. He has demonstrated his design talents on many projects and his collegial leadership style is to be envied. Mark has managed and improved the firm’s integration of new software and technology. Never bothered when asked for help, Mark dives right in to solve a problem. He represents the true Strada mindset with a balanced, personal leadership style that leaves no one in doubt as to his caring sincerity. Mark will be a key individual in the growth and development of Strada in the years to come.
