Kevan excels at managing demanding projects with compressed schedules. His outstanding abilities with clever details and document coordination have been particularly valuable in residential conversions and other renovation projects. Kevan was the Project Manager for the Uber Advanced Technologies Center, a 98,600-SF build-out along the Allegheny River. He was also a key team member for Hotel Monaco, Strada was the architect of record. Kevan is currently the Project Manager for the exciting rebirth of the Delaware Generating Power Station in Philadelphia. Kevan has led design and construction administration for a number of urban adaptive reuse projects.

Prior to joining Strada, Kevan worked on the renovation of the historic Allegheny County Morgue, a 1903 building that became a County office building at its completion. He has also been a key designer on higher education projects, including an award-winning new 140,000-SF science building at Smith College completed while he worked at Bohlin Cywinski Jackson.

In addition to setting an example in our office as a proactive and efficient project manager, Kevan spearheads the cycling movement at Strada. He helped our office earn the “Bike Friendly Employer” certification from Bike Pittsburgh. Kevan is a four-season bike commuter and has been known to build a bike in less than an hour.
