Strada is taking active measures to ensure the health of our Team Members and also to assist in fighting the spread of COVID-19.

Effective March 17, 2020, Strada is closing our physical offices in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia and we will continue to operate remotely. We anticipate returning to our offices on April 30, 2020 but will update our plans as new information becomes available.

Meetings will be held virtually, via conference call or may be postponed. All of our Team Members will be working remotely under our work-from-home policy. Due to the two-week school and business closings our staff may be active at various times throughout the day and evening, so please bear with us as we make every effort to stay on schedule and in contact with our clients and business colleagues.

About this project

Part of the Bakery Square 2.0 Master Plan, Bakery Living I and II provide rental apartments for this burgeoning neighborhood. Designed for active city dwellers, the buildings and their courtyards offer a host of amenities. Residents enjoy expansive common areas that encompass lounge areas, a game room, movie-watching rooms, kitchens, and more, with locally-sourced materials and abundant natural light throughout. Outside each building is a broad green lawn doubling as a green roof over the parking level. Generous outdoor seating and grilling terraces framed by native plantings make the courtyards a desirable place to relax and socialize during warmer months. One building includes a pool, and the other a 2-level fitness center, both of which are open to residents of both buildings.
