Elena’s design philosophy is centered around the relationship between people and landscape, offering therapeutic, restorative, and thoughtful solutions to cultural, ecological, and urban issues. She believes that designers should be aware of their impact beyond the project scope, and how everything they put into the universe ultimately impacts a longer system of things. Elena spends time in nature to reflect on the reparative essence of landscapes and the importance of natural places for respite, community, and transformation.
