Strada is delighted to welcome Rhonda L. Bolding, CPSM to the firm’s talented and innovative team as our new Marketing Manager. Bolding will manage firm-wide marketing and public relations activities to support the strategic goals and vision of Strada, and to enhance their competitive position. Bolding’s focus will include local and regional markets as well as emerging national and international growth opportunities.
Bolding’s 20 years in the A/E/C industry brings significant experience in all aspects of professional services marketing. She is also a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), emphasizing her commitment to professional excellence, career advancement, and an ongoing pursuit of knowledge. Most recently at Highmark Health, she has previously held marketing positions at Mascaro Construction, Moss & Associates (Fort Lauderdale), JOMAR Building Company (Detroit), HOK Architects (Atlanta), and Barton Malow Company (Detroit & Atlanta).

Mrs. Bolding is a long-standing member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and a life member of Optimist International. She is also lending her talent to several non-profit boards including the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, Western PA/West VA Chapter, the Ivy Charitable Endowment (ICE) of Pittsburgh and is an active member of the United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council and Tocqueville Society. Additionally, Bolding volunteers as a mentor through Communities in Schools of Pittsburgh and serves as the Great Lakes Regional Communication Officer for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Great Lakes Region. Bolding received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising and Promotion from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. A native of Detroit, MI, Rhonda currently lives in Kennedy Township with her husband Kevin and daughter Kira Alexandra.
