BREATHING NEW LIFE INTO A NATIONAL HISTORIC LANDMARK

The United States Appraisers’ Stores Building was built in 1933 as a federal warehouse, and is on the National Register for Historic Landmarks. Strada’s design took this 8-story Art Deco warehouse of just under 150,000 sq. ft., and renovated it into 137 luxury apartments.

Located in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor district, the building has a plethora of amenities and incorporates a roof deck, penthouse, fitness center, lounge, and a half basketball court in the building’s basement.
