Strada is taking active measures to ensure the health of our Team Members and also to assist in fighting the spread of COVID-19. We closed our physical offices in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia on March 17, 2020. We continue to operate remotely while considering CDC guidelines and recommendations to protect our team and clients for a safe reopening. We anticipate returning to our offices this summer, but will update our plans as new information becomes available.

Meetings will continue to be held virtually, via conference call or may be postponed. All of our Team Members will be working remotely under our work-from-home policy. Due to school and business closings, our staff may be active at various times throughout the day and evening. Please bear with us as we make every effort to stay on schedule and in contact with our clients and business colleagues.

About Strada

Strada means “street” in Italian. Streets matter to us. They’re the fundamental infrastructure of our cities and the core of our civic lives. They’re the connections between buildings, people, and public spaces. This is why we’re so inspired by them and it’s a shared commitment to these values that brought our principals together. Just as people mingle on city streets, our office is a place where we freely exchange ideas, challenging and inspiring one another to create exceptional work.

Reconfigurable spaces for meetings and special events

About the project

Flexibility was the major driver of this new conference facility, designed to accommodate as few as 4 people and as many as 75. A spacious lounge features a state-of-the-art Plug & Play station with a writable glass top, soft seating for informal discussions, and a high-tech coffee bar with a live streaming video feed. Tables and chairs fold and store easily. Frosted glass partitions offer complete privacy yet maximize the flow of daylight into the interior. DIRTT partitions create a fusion of wood, glass and writable surfaces, while integrating storage with custom-built credenzas. Technology was also critical to the design. A custom-designed smart lectern synchronizes audio visual, lighting and window shade controls.
