Strada is taking active measures to ensure the health of our Team Members and also to assist in fighting the spread of COVID-19.

Effective March 17, 2020, Strada is closing our physical offices in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia and we will continue to operate remotely. We anticipate returning to our offices on March 30, 2020 but will update our plans as new information becomes available.

Meetings will be held virtually, via conference call or may be postponed. All of our Team Members will be working remotely under our work-from-home policy. Due to the two-week school and business closings our staff may be active at various times throughout the day and evening, so please bear with us as we make every effort to stay on schedule and in contact with our clients and business colleagues.

About Strada

Strada means “street” in Italian. Streets matter to us. They’re the fundamental infrastructure of our cities and the core of our civic lives. They’re the connections between buildings, people, and public spaces. This is why we’re so inspired by them and it’s a shared commitment to these values that brought our principals together. Just as people mingle on city streets, our office is a place where we freely exchange ideas, challenging and inspiring one another to create exceptional work.

Invigorating workspace with the comforts of home

About this project

Echo Realty’s new 24,406 s.f. headquarters is the result of Strada’s unified multi-disciplinary approach to architecture, landscape, and interiors. Our experience with diverse project types helped shape this hybrid building, bringing comforts of home to the workplace for this preeminent commercial real estate company.

The new headquarters welcomes and refreshes both employees and visitors with abundant comfortable seating, a central fireplace, a full kitchen, and plenty of natural light. At the same time, the functionality and flexibility required by the company is provided through well-lit workspaces, large tables for plan review, and places for quiet work. The design communicates Echo’s culture and “One Team” mentality, and supports it with a balanced mix of performative areas for both collaboration and concentration. At the heart of the building, a green courtyard provides occupants with a shared central space and a connection to nature.
