- Retail Snapshot of Pittsburgh cites Bakery Square 2.0 and Market Square Place
Pittsburgh's numbers soared in jobs and retail trade in the first quarter of 2012 as reported by the research arm of real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield. Their one-page snapshot cites two of Strada's projects as drivers of leasing activity: Bakery Square 2.0 and Market Square Place.
This should come as no surprise to people around town, as the area around Market Square Place is now a hive of activity both day and night, and Bakery Square is becoming an intriguing destination for employers and shoppers.

Market Square Place recently received an Honor Award from the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in the category of Regional and Urban Design.
